The Karmic Ally Coaching Experience

Win your challenges with our unique solutions

Career growth at senior levels isn’t driven by skills alone but also how effectively you navigate change -internally and professionally. At Karmic Ally Coaching, I work with accomplished women professionals who want to strengthen their Executive Presence, lead with confidence, and position themselves for leadership roles. Many high achievers reach a point where progress feels harder than it should. Despite strong performance, they may experience hesitation, reduced visibility, or uncertainty about their next step. Change often sits at the heart of these moments. The Karmic Ally Coaching Change Management Quiz is a short self-assessment designed to help you understand how you currently respond to change and challenge at work.

I believe the world would be a better place if high achieving professionals accepted setbacks and challenges to their careers as Wake Up Calls to embark on a Journey where their empowered course correcting actions create a New World Order that encompasses achieving their career aspirations & potential with authentic life balance.

If you’re a driven, passionate, talented and ambitious professional who’s hit a speed breaker in your business or career and want to create your desired breakthrough to reclaim control of your situation, then you’ve come to the right place because we can work together on customized strategies and tactics that deliver results.

When my clients first reach out to me, they are not in a very happy place, needing clarity about themselves, their desires, chosen vocation and what will give them peace of mind. They are drawn to me for the very reasons that I highlight in Who Is Karmic Ally Coaching.

Lack of recognition at work, inability to project themselves with confidence and frustration are just some of their professional problems that are playing havoc with other areas of their life. They know they need to take radical steps to change the status quo but they also know they need support and accountability to get them their desired result.

I really get it, because I’ve experienced that dark night of the Soul. I know firsthand the outcome of getting lost in my work rationalizing decisions that were detrimental to other aspects of my life.

Like you, I’ve struggled with and won battles of stress management, corporate politics, life balance and career decisions to emerge in a place where I can confidently say that I live my desired life according to my personal Manifesto and have created a business that provides me with a platform for my desired lifestyle and self-expression for myself. I want that for you too!

Made me believe in my potentials

Vatsala was my life cum career coach (formally) and still is (informally). She not only helped me overcome my inhibitions, but also made me believe in my potentials. She ingrained in me leadership skills and executive presence.

She was a thorough professional and made sure I was inculcating the habits that would help me become a better leader. I sincerely respect her and admire her for her patience and well-structured coaching style.

Given me a jumpstart to move on

Thank you Vatsala, for helping me structure my immediate goals to make my presence felt in the Organization. Your calm and composed style of listening to what I was thinking regarding being stuck in my current job, not able to make my presence felt in the Leadership circle of my company, is praiseworthy.

You smartly made me connect with you quickly, asking the right questions, pushing me to arrive at the specific activities I need to take up. You were able to dig in to my natural qualities and make specific mention of them. You have given me a jumpstart to move on, handle my current situation and ideas to make it work for my better future.

The power of choice, many times I felt that I cannot control how I felt when someone makes a silly comment, or ignores me. I preferred to keeping away from that person to eliminate any conflicts. but after talking to you and accepting that if it is not practical to eliminate such situations, I have the power to choose, taking small steps to ultimately emerge a WINNER..

I would do things differently than any normal person would have done, thus leading to MAKING MY PRESENCE FELT. Thanks a lot.

Perfectly described the stages of a hero’s journey

Vatsala Shukla gave very solid information that covered the aspect of what a Wake Up call and a Hero’s Journey is about sharing some of her personal experiences which made the presentation warmer. I felt closer to her as she perfectly described the stages of a hero’s journey. The story of Mahatma Gandhi’s Wake Up Call and Hero’s Journey was particularly interesting.

I appreciated Vatsala giving tips, guidance and coaching questions for what to do. The handout with self-coaching questions that one could do after the presentation was a good complement for the presentation and helped people to work with her on the call.

I also liked that Vatsala gave people a chance to do some work “here and now”, in this way they will remember more about what was all about and will be curious and willing to go deeper… at least some of them…
