Mindset is so important! This time of the year my social media outlets are glittered with sales pitches and empty promises with courses of all sizes and programs in all price ranges to make the upcoming year the best it can be. As you mentioned, a fair number of them include affiliate links. I agree with you ~ what most of them lack is the foundation of mindset. It is nice to know that I’m not the only one who feels this way. To answer your question, “Do you use affirmations to develop your mindset?” No. I’ve never been one to repeat a certain phrase. I feel that having the need to repeat a sentence is my way of confirming that I don’t believe the words being said. It’s more important to me how I feel in the moment. Great article! You’ve inspired me to ponder my relationship with Mindset.
