Thanks for sharing, Debra. We do tend to gravitate towards Quadrant 3. The ability to re-focus is a gift! If it is leisure time activities that are falling into your Quadrant 3, then perhaps building in a leisure task into the To Do List might help. I used to do that in my student days and found I got a lot more studies done since I knew there was a fun task coming up if I managed to complete a milestone in my studies.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I think I spent most of my time in Quadrants 1 &#038; 2, but have to admit that sometimes I get distracted and end up in Quadrant 3. If it happens when I&#039;m working (vs. leisure time), I have to get centered, look at my &quot;to do&quot; list and re-focus my energy.
