Group Workshops

Some of us require more motivation and commitment to undertake self improvement courses and work better in a group setting. For these individuals, special workshops and coaching programs can be developed. This is suitable for corporate sponsored employee groups and inquiries are welcomed to discuss format and content.

The workshop will require a minimum of 6 participants and maximum of 20. These workshops will be ideal for prospective clients who have a specific area that they wish to address, particularly for corporate sponsored employees who have stress or work life balance issues to enable a reduction in attrition caused by these factors.

Features and Benefits

Prior to commencing the workshop, each participant will complete an assessment which would determine their nature, strengths, weaknesses and other areas requiring attention. This helps Karmic Ally to understand the group better and ensure that each participant receives something of value in addition to the benefits of the group’s dynamics.

The format is structured to ensure that each session will result in action plans and tips to immediately action one key area requiring focus. The participants will understand the interrelationship of different aspects of their life and how these aspects can affect other areas.

Clear practical techniques will be worked out to be practiced by the participants on a consistent basis to help them to improve and feel better about themselves and their relationships. Participation within the group will also help to develop insights based on the experiences of the group.
