Vatsala, some of my practitioners have told me to get out in the sunshine, without sunscreen at all in fact (of course being mindful of the amount of time so I don’t get burned). They also told me to get my bare feet in the dirt as well. I love this Rx: sunshine and dirt!

I love that song! I guess sunshine is good for our health, hearts and moods. Favorite thing: lying on a rock that’s been warmed by the sun. I discovered this long before hot rock treatments became all the rage at spas, so I’m claiming some credit here, lol.

I loved that play! And I love “Let the Sunshine In” too. I sing it in my head when I get down and it immediately lifts me 🙂
And isn’t the actual thing just amazing. How much better I feel when I spend time in the glorious sunshine. That’s on tap for me this weekend!
