It would have eased the shock and pain of losing my first real job after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and yes, trust can become a big roadblock in our moving forward.

I have to admit that when I was laid off from my job back in 2006 it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me. I got some much needed time off, had the opportunity to go on a wonderful adventure with some friends, and ended up at a job I liked a lot better.
