I follow the Co-Creative Coaching Model where, in an environment of trust, non-judgment & openness, I guide my client to introspect, reflect & find their inner wisdom to create their own breakthrough solution.  As a coach, I facilitate in the discovery and learning process. The structure of coaching in the main is flexible.

Karmic Ally Coaching’s Signature Program is designed for results-oriented business and mid-career professionals struggling with work-life balance or career rut challenges.

These professionals are ready to take decisive inspired action to achieve balance, ownership of their business or career growth and control over their stress levels.

One-on-One Coaching

The coaching arrangement is designed with the client to meet their individual needs & schedule. The focus throughout is on getting you result.

All coaching services are structured using my Signature Process, but the focus depends upon which service package you have signed up for.

Packages require a 3-month commitment from both parties and the terms of engagement are elaborated in the engagement contract.

Your committing to show up and play your A-Game determines the results you will achieve now and in the future.

The basic framework consists of:

• 30 minute complementary “is this for you” session. On booking the session, I will send you a short questionnaire to help you formulate your thoughts for the power-packed session. The idea is to learn more about you and to help you to determine the key areas of your life that you wish to change and also if we are a right fit. I call it the Design the Alliance.
•  Should you wish to engage me as your Coach, an agreement is entered into & an initial 60 minute session is held to create a coaching strategy (in-person or by phone).
• Initial assessment to evaluate work and life needs and establish goals.
• Follow-up and scheduled progress session in 2^nd week of coaching engagement.
• 8 scheduled 60-minute coaching sessions (typically by phone/email/skype or zoom) as per your needs within 90 days of starting the program.
• My program covers 3 months during which time you work on your action plans.
• Exercises to increase self-awareness encourage creative thinking & develop practical skills.
• Session recap sheets & progress reports to enable you to see your progress and results.
• Full confidentiality.
• End of coaching evaluation & review, along with strategies for ongoing support.

Together, we will define the length & frequency that best supports you. Sessions may be focused on one specific goal, issue or challenge or on a much broader set of personal or professional issues.

Fast Track Career Success Action Plan

We also offer a 4-week coaching program enabling you to create your own career plan. This short coaching program is ideal if you want to meet your self-actualization needs. This is the coaching version of our course 5 day Zero in on your important Career Need.

Do you need a free consultation or a one-time breakthrough session? 

I only offer 1 free 30-minute strategy consultation per person. My time and focus is geared towards getting my clients, who have invested their time, effort and hard-earned money in themselves, the results that they are working towards with me. This is the Design the Alliance session described above and there is no coaching.

However, I do make an ONE exception. When you’re in a situation where you know you need guidance to get back control of your situation whether life or career but aren’t ready for my Signature Coaching Program, this is a good option. It’s a one-time 60-minute Change Catalyst Coaching Session for Rs 8,000/-. This is payable in advance while scheduling this exclusive coaching call.
