Love this Vatsala … What comes to mind for me is the Buddhist saying “Master the calm within the storm”. It is a principle NOT taught in Jikiden Reiki, but yet overlaps with a lot in the roots to the teachings. Gratitude is Kanshashite or Be grateful for the sake of being being grateful without attachments.

I love reading how you are basically saying the same throughout this post. I hope your place is now restored???

I love being a Reiki master teacher. It does wonders to remove stress anxiety or depression. The great thing about knowing how to work with energy is that the energy knows where to go and being an intuitive you can always channel the energy specifically for each issue. It is not only worked wonders for everyone that I’ve worked with it has worked wonders for myself. Each session is unique and it goes deep into layer by layer. Assists in a way that I have found nothing else to be Able to do so quite completely. I love how it works in balancing the chakras and how it is assisted as well by using Gemstones and other tools. I am thankful and grateful for this knowledge wisdom and these gifts to be able to use properly. I’ve been able to teach my clients how to live more stress-free and reside in a stress-free environment. The world will get better if we let it. But it is well known that we must first always focus on our self before we can do anything else.

I’ve always loved the Serenity Prayer about changing what we can and accepting that there will be things we can’t change. Meditation usually helps me to get myself back on track as well.
