Fear and worry create lack. There are many ways to change that mindset. This is a beautiful inspirational post. Much needed. Self love, self care, self respect and yes self worth. It comes from within and not worrying what the world thinks when you love yourself, everything grows from there.

What a wonderful read to start my day! It really puts me in a good frame of mind. I especially like your tip about gratitude. I’ve kept a gratitude journal for over a decade and when I go back and read it, it’s like a diary of joyful thoughts, moments and remembrances in my life. Also liked your comments about failure.
